As we finally look to open our doors next week (location shortly to be announced!) it has been great to have been able to care for our patients at home.
The feedback we get from our valued patients has been fantastic so far, we are rated 5 star on google!
Every patient that has been able to leave a review has left the highest available ranking of our services, we are so grateful for this. This reminds us of the value we offer the community and its great they think so too!
We cannot wait for our opening, it has been a long time coming, we thank you all for your patience. Delays were partly because we moved our prospective premises as we wanted to uphold our commitment to our patients that there would be free parking right outside and easy accessibility. We believe the delay will have definitely been worth it.
Thank you once again for all our fantastic feedback, we will continue to provide the highest level of hearing care and value everyone who walks through our door to see us.

Because my son has Autism (very sensitive ears) we were a little anxious about the appointment. We need not have worried at all, my son was fine. Mr Richards was so kind and patient and his Receptionist is SO friendly and helpful. If I could give 10 stars I would. I am SO happy they are in Chepstow!
Used the ear wax service the clinic offers and found the whole process from to booking to finish easy. The staff are friendly, professional and definitely know their stuff. A great asset to Chepstow that has long been needed. Glyn Rivers
