Appointment instructions: 

Free Hearing Tests 

• We recommend bringing a loved one for a familiar voice test.

• Please bring any previous hearing test results and hearing aids with you.

• If you have any relevant medical reports, kindly bring those along as well.

 

Hearing Aid Consultation

• Please bring any prior hearing test results and your current hearing aids (if applicable).

• If you already use hearing aids, make sure to bring them to the appointment.

• Additionally, any medical reports you consider relevant will be helpful.

 

Ear Wax Removal - Clinic

• Please use an oil-based wax softener twice a day for 3-4 days leading up to your appointment. You can purchase this from us directly at Chepstow Hearing Clinic or from most local chemists.

 

Ear Wax Removal - Home Visit

• Please use an oil-based wax softener twice a day for 3-4 days prior to your appointment.

• Kindly allow for flexibility in timing as the audiologist may experience delays due to traffic.
