Is the hearing test really free?
Yes. Our initial hearing test and hearing aid consultation are both free, with no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No referral needed. Book directly for a hearing test, ear wax removal, or hearing aid consultation.
How much does ear wax removal cost?
Up to £65 depending on method (microsuction or irrigation), assessed at your appointment.
Are you a private clinic or connected to the NHS?
We're an independent, private clinic, not part of the NHS. Appointments can usually be booked within the week, and we supply all major hearing aid brands.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes, for hearing tests, hearing aid consultations, and ear wax removal, for clients unable to travel to the Chepstow clinic.
What areas do you cover?
Alongside Chepstow: Monmouthshire, Forest of Dean, Caldicot, Newport, Lydney, Monmouth, Cinderford.
